A Float Sensor Cane

This is an Arrangement of Float Sensor on the Desired tank water level so that it won't get falsely triggered,

This #Juggad is made up with help of CPVC Pipe and CPVC Fittings.

The Problem

Installing a Float Sensor is not so easy job, to keep in a set position.

To avoid the problem of false self-triggering in the circuit in the case of Float Sensor, To overcome this problem Presenting here,

Components List

CPVC Materials

  • End Caps (4)
  • L - Joint / L - Bow (2)
  • T - Joint / T (2)
  • Pipe (According to Your Tank Height)

Float Sensors (2)

Cable Gland (1)

Making Gland Conector

First, take an End Cap make a hole on it then connect the Gland Connector for a watertight wire cable.

Making Float Sensor

Take another End Cap, make a hole on it and connect a Float Sensor on it, do it Two times, or repeat the same process for Multiple Levels.

  1. Take a T- Joint cut a small piece of pipe connecting it to the center of the T- Joint.
  2. Take an L- Joint, connected it to the center of the T- Joint.
  3. Cut another small piece of pipe connects it to another end of the L- Joint.
  4. Now connect End Cap with Float Sensor on the same end of L- Joint.
  5. Do it Two times, or repeat the same process for Multiple Levels.

Connect Pipe

Now, Connect Sensor Joint on Pipe as per Tank Water Level Height.

Gathering All Joints

  • Connect Gland Connector Joint on Top of Pipe.
  • Connect Float Sensor Joint on the height of Desired Water Level.
  • Can make Multiples Float Sensor Joint for Multiple Levels.
  • Adjust Sensor Position as per Circuit Requirement
  • Connect an End Cap on the Bottom of the Pipe.

Make Your Own Float Sensor Cane

Make Modifications as per your Needs / Requirements.

Add more Levels for more Precision.

Adjust Sensor Position according to Circuit.
