A Float Sensor Cane
This is an Arrangement of Float Sensor on the Desired tank water level so that it won't get falsely triggered,
This #Juggad is made up with help of CPVC Pipe and CPVC Fittings.
The Problem
Installing a Float Sensor is not so easy job, to keep in a set position.
To avoid the problem of false self-triggering in the circuit in the case of Float Sensor, To overcome this problem Presenting here,
" A Float Sensor Cane "
Components List
CPVC Materials
- End Caps (4)
- L - Joint / L - Bow (2)
- T - Joint / T (2)
- Pipe (According to Your Tank Height)
Float Sensors (2)
Cable Gland (1)
Making Gland Conector
First, take an End Cap make a hole on it then connect the Gland Connector for a watertight wire cable.
Making Float Sensor
Take another End Cap, make a hole on it and connect a Float Sensor on it, do it Two times, or repeat the same process for Multiple Levels.
Assembling Fittings
- Take a T- Joint cut a small piece of pipe connecting it to the center of the T- Joint.
- Take an L- Joint, connected it to the center of the T- Joint.
- Cut another small piece of pipe connects it to another end of the L- Joint.
- Now connect End Cap with Float Sensor on the same end of L- Joint.
-
Do it Two times, or repeat the same process for Multiple Levels.
Connect Pipe
Now, Connect Sensor Joint on Pipe as per Tank Water Level Height.
Gathering All Joints
- Connect Gland Connector Joint on Top of Pipe.
- Connect Float Sensor Joint on the height of Desired Water Level.
- Can make Multiples Float Sensor Joint for Multiple Levels.
- Adjust Sensor Position as per Circuit Requirement
- Connect an End Cap on the Bottom of the Pipe.
