In the instructable i will show you how to make a flash drive case out of a 9V battery.

NOTE: I ONLY TESTED THIS MOD WITH DURACELL & ENERGIZER BATTERIES. ANY OTHER BATTERY MAY NOT CONTAIN THE 6 AAAA SO BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. This is my first instructable so bare with me.

P.S.S. Did the Case MOD BEFORE i thought to take pics. So IF i do this DIY again ill take pics.

What You Need.

Materials:

1) One 9V battery (duracell is the best) btw the battery can be dead OR working it doesent matter.

2) A small hand full of fluff (the kind from stuffed animals)

3) A small peice of black plastic.

4) A small flash drive (make shure it fits in the case with the connecter end sticking out)

Tools:

1) Small pliers

2) small sissors

Opening the 9V

Take the 9V and bend open the bottom of the case. ( the part with OUT the terminals.) let every thing come out ( don't worry its just smaller batteries). KEEP the little plastic bottem. If the terminals are attached to the little batteries detach it.

replace the terminals. Take the Fluff and stuff it in the battery case. Now Put your flash Drive in so that the USB Connecter is sticking out. Add more fluff around the flash drive to secure it. Trace the plastic bottom on the Plastic sheet and cut it out. Trace a usb connector on the plastic cut out and cut that out too.

Putting It Together

slid the USB connecter through the plastic cut out so all you see is the metal connecter. Fold the metal of the case over the plastic and YOUR DONE!!
