Cut and Sand

I used a reclaimed pallet wood. But any wood witch you can hollow out to add the sitch is okay.

Cut to size and then sand, sand till you can run your hand over it and not get splinters.

Drilling

Layout your cord in the way you want it and drill holes for the cord. Then hollow out a hole big enough for the switch to fit in. Next, drill a hole for the top of the switch to go through. This is a messy part and will create a lot of sand dust, so wear a mask and do it in a well-ventilated area that is easy to clean up.EDIT Drill a half hole at the top for the lead to hold it in place at the top.

Weiring
