Hii friend,
Today I am going to make a circuit of bass audio amplifier using 5200 double transistor.
Let's get started,
Take All Components As Shown Below

Components required -
(1.) Transistor - 5200 x2
(2.) Battery - 9V x1 (9-12)V
(3.) Battery clipper
(4.) Speaker
(5.) Capacitor - 25V 220uf x1
(6.) Resistor - 1K x1
(7.) Aux cable (Single chanel)
Transistor - 5200

This is the pins of this transistor.
Connect Both Transistors
![20190929_231223.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FVS/JV38/K14V6R2D/FVSJV38K14V6R2D.jpg&filename=20190929_231223.jpg)
Firstly we have to connect both transistors like as picture.
Solder Base pin of transistor-1 to base pin of transistor-2,
Collector pin of transistor-1 to collector pin of transistor-2 and
Solder emmiter pin of transistor-1 to emmiter pin of transistor-2 as you can see in the picture.
Connect 1K Resistor
![20190929_231240.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FZE/QFZ6/K14V6R2B/FZEQFZ6K14V6R2B.jpg&filename=20190929_231240.jpg)
Next we have to connect 1K resistor to the transistor.
Solder 1K resistor between Base pin to collector pin of transistors as you can see in the picture.
Connect 220uf Capacitor
![20190929_231338.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FZD/8ZXC/K14V6R27/FZD8ZXCK14V6R27.jpg&filename=20190929_231338.jpg)
Next connect 25V 220uf capacitor to the circuit.
Solder +ve pin of electrolytic capacitor to Base pin of transistors.
Connect Aux Cable Wire
![20190929_231358.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FJ9/KMVP/K14V6R22/FJ9KMVPK14V6R22.jpg&filename=20190929_231358.jpg)
Connect Left/Right wire of aux cable to -ve pin of electrolytic capacitor and
solder -ve wire of aux cable to emmiter pin of transistors as solder in the picture.
Connect Speaker Wire
![20190929_231418.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FYC/EV2N/K14V6R19/FYCEV2NK14V6R19.jpg&filename=20190929_231418.jpg)
![20190929_231430.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FE7/F4EC/K14V6R11/FE7F4ECK14V6R11.jpg&filename=20190929_231430.jpg)
Next connect -ve wire of speaker to collector pin of transistors.
Connect Battery Clipper Wire
![20190929_231448.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FG5/2OF2/K14V6R0C/FG52OF2K14V6R0C.jpg&filename=20190929_231448.jpg)
Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to +ve of speaker wire and
Solder -ve wire of battery clipper emmiter pin of transistors as you can see in the picture.
Connect Battery

Our audio amplifier circuit is completed so connect battery to battery clipper and plug-in aux cable to phone and play songs.
NOTE : Use 12V DC Input power supply to get best output audio.
This type we can make audio amplifier using 5200 double transistor.
Thank you
