5 Minute White Chocolate Fudge
So this recipe came about, believe it or not, because I found some really cute jars at the dollar store and I wanted to fill them with something to give people for christmas gifts. I am going to fill some with bath salts, and some with fudge. Yum, I just thought about eating a piece of this fudge in the bathtub. That sounds heavenly! So I found this recipe tucked in the very back of my recipe book, looks like I cut it out of a magazine a long time ago. But, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did because it is Awesome! Super fast ( 5 minutes) and foolproof. You can put anything you want in it, but I decided on toasted slivered almonds and dried cranberries…
Ingredients for 36 pieces:
2 Ghirardelli White Chocolate bars (4 oz. each)
3/4 cup Sweet Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Toasted Silvered Almonds
1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
This recipe is really simple, so let’s get started. First, melt the sweet and condensed milk with the chocolate in the microwave, for 2-3 minutes stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is just melted.
Then mix in your cranberries, almonds and lemon zest.
Line a 8×8 baking dish with tin foil, and pour the fudge in. Refrigerate for 2 hours, until set.
Cut it up into little squares and enjoy!
