5 Ingredient Protein Pancakes!

Do you feel like you're not getting enough protein in your diet? Do you get hungry almost immediately after breakfast even though you ate a vast amount of food? Wish you could have something sweet during breakfast without any of the high carbs, high saturated fat, and sugary filled add-ons?

Well you have arrived to a very easy and healthy as it is delicious recipe on Protein Pancakes!

Lets make us some breakfast!

Gather and Measure Out All Ingredients.

Blend Ingredients Together.

Crack 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg and add to blender.

Add in protein powder and bananas.

Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

Pour the Pancakes One at a Time.

Heat nonstick pan at medium heat, add approx. 1/2 cup of blended batter to the pan.

Cook the Pancakes.

Cook for about 5 minutes or until you are able to flip them.

Cook opposite side for another 2 minutes, transfer pancake to plate.

Enjoy!

Once the pancakes are finished, top with honey and enjoy!
Alternative toppings that are good are syrup, strawberries, bananas..
