4 in 1 BOX (Solar Rechargeable Stun Gun, Power Bank, LED Light & Laser)
In this project I will talk about How to make 4 in 1 Solar Rechargeable Stun Gun, Power Bank, LED Light & Laser all in one box.
I made this project because I want to add all my wanted devices in on the box, it is like a survival box, big capacity power bank, and solar power charging, stun gun for self-defense, led light, and laser.
It is the best thing for camping it has all you want.
Material
- Acrylic plexiglass
- High voltage generator
- Power Bank PCB Module Board
- Charging Board Micro USB 1A Charger Module
- 18650 Lithium Battery (x2)
- LED Light
- Laser
- Switches
Tools
- CNC or saw for cutting
- Soldering Iron
- Glue gun
- Superglue
- cutter
- sanding paper
Step 1: Making the Body
I made the body from plexiglass, it is easy to cut and sand.
I used the router CNC for cutting, Then all the pieces were glued together with a strong adhesive.
I sand the plexiglass to get a matt finish.
Software
- Autodesk AutoCAD 2020
- Easel
Step 2: Get the Material Ready
I got the Power Bank PCB Module Board from a new power bank, but it has a low capacity of the battery, so I removed the connectors of the battery to let it fit in the design.
Also, the LED light from 1$ shop, but it is COB led so bright and very low heat.
The charging board is Micro USB 1A Charger Module, connected with the solar panel with diode on the positive input.
Step 3: Install the Pieces to the Box
When all the parts of the project get ready to fix them in the body, I used super glue and a glue gun to fix them.
Step 4: Soldering All Together
Then I soldered the charging board, high voltage generator, power bank, led light, and laser with 2 18650 Lithium Battery in parallel.
Note: I added a switch to turn the battery from parallel to series for tuning the stun gun on two levels of power, only for the stun gun.
Step 5: Conclusion
Finally, I added the cover of the solar panel and test it.
Overall I am happy with the result, it is an amazing and useful project.
Attention: Be sure to isolate all areas that conveyor electricity for not damage the electric boards from the high voltage generator electric shock.
