4 Ingredient Easy Strawberry Pie

I love making this pie but usually I use fresh strawberries. My compromise for this dessert was using frozen strawberries, but it turned out just as good! This strawberry pie is so delicious and flavorful. The ingredients are likely to be sitting in your house, so get baking!

- 1 Pie Crust

- 4 Cups of Frozen Strawberries

- 1/2 Cup of Sugar

- 3 Tablespoons of Cornstarch

Thaw out your pie crust. Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Grease your pie plate with olive oil spray. Put your pie crust into the pie plate. Poke holes on the bottom of the pie crust. Put it in the oven for ten minutes. Let it rest till cooled down.

Put 2 cups of strawberries in pot, add sugar & stir in cornstarch until it boils. Boil for 1 minute.

Put in another 2 cups of strawberries and let it boil for 1 minute. Let cool.

Add your filling to the pie crust. Do this carefully. Let cool in refrigerator. Enjoy your pie!
