-parmesan

-chaource (a local amazing french cheese!!!)

Let's go!

Supplies

You will need those ingredients for a medium pizza:

For the dough

  • 125g of floor
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 6cl of warm water
  • 1 tsp of yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the cheese and the topping

We are going to start by making the pizza dough.

  1. put the yeast into the warm water and stir
  2. add the salt and the olive oil into the floor
  3. add the yeast and the warm xater into the floor and the other ingredients

Now all you have to do is to mix all the ingredients together by hand until you obtain a round pizza dough.

Once done, you can put the pizza dough to rest in a warm place for an houror less.

Pro tips: the warm place can be a pre-heated oven at 50°C for 5 minutes ;-)

Prepare the Cheese

While the dough is resting, you can slice the cheese as shown in the picture.

Once the dough has rested, work the dough with your hand and add flour often to avoid it to stick. Now you can flatten the dough with a rolling pin.

Once you have formed the pizza, you can add the tomato sauce and the cheese evenly on the pizza.

Now you can put the pizza in a pre-heated oven at 200°C between 10 to 15 minutes.

Enjoy
