Created a Sketch and Extrude

The first step is to create a sketch on the XZ plane. the size is optional, but I did a 10in by 7.5in(This is the best size to fit multiple pedals and still fit on 3d Printer). After you have created a rectangular sketch you will need to extrude the shape by one inch. This should leave you with a box like the one seen above.

Create Valleys for Power/Patch Cables

The second step is to create the valleys so that your patch/power cables fit nice and neatly into the board. To do this create a sketch on the top of the board and create 3 rectangles. Follow the dimension in the Image above for the best fit After you have created the holes you will need to press Extrude and cut in the holes at a distance of .75inches. this will get your part looking like image two.

Create Holes for Power Cables

To get the perfect fit for the holes for the power cables create a sketch on one of the sides and place down three circle. After you place the circles use the dimension tool to get it fitting prefect. The measurements for the hole sketch are one the first image above. After you sketch is completed use the hole tool and place three on the center of the circles that you created. the hole settings are in the second image. One you are done creating the holes you are done designing your board. Look over it and make Shure everything lines up.(Depending on power setup you may need bigger or no holes)

Upload File and Print
