3D Render of Earth is a piece consisting of voids representing the geographical differences of the Earth and bold colors inside of those voids representing cultural diversity. It is composed of acrylic plastic, cut into pieces using Photoshop and a laser cutter, painted with acrylic paint, and glued together in the appropriate formation.

Using Photoshop, create the outline and overall design of piece. The main purpose of this step is so the design can be sent to the laser cutter to create the cut out pieces.
