3D Printing Straw Connectors

Step 1: Collect straws

Step 2: Measure the Diameter of the star, and note down the diameter for later. (Average drinking straw diameter is 5mm)

Step 3: DOWNLOAD Sketch Up

Step 4: Begin by creating a cylinder with the same/bit less diameter of the straw.

Step 5: Add a possible cube in the center with a hole going down the horizontal center of the cylinder to push a straw through. This will allow you to to create a cross point for straws.

Step 6: Export as .stl file and then open it up in the maker bot software

Step 7: Print and adapt based on out come.
