3D Printed Ring of Ripple Jade Succulent. Using PolyJet 3D Printing Material.

I made a ring with a succulent plant model on top. The idea was to use natural pattern from nature, in my example, a succulent plant. Then I intergrade the pattern for an object.

I went on MidJourney to generate some ideas and inspiration for my succulent ring.

I 3D scanned the plant and edit it on MeshMixer. I made sure the model look like how I want it and make it water tight.

I tried to make the ring and assembly in Rhino and use Grasshopper to wrap around the ring but I was not able to with my current Rhino skill. So I went to SolidWorks to make the ring because I'm familiar with it enough to make complex surfaces on it.

I assembled the ring and succulent on Rhino because I want to get in the practice of using it. After that I sent it for print.
