On the left side of the screen you should see a bunch of shapes. Drag the cylinder shape to the middle of the grid. adjust to size to 33.00 and 36.00. Once you have done that, drag a tube over. Adjust this so it just fits around the cylinder. Then click on the cylinder. There should be a black arrow above it. drag that up until both the numbers are at 2.00. Once you have done that, drag your mouse over the two shapes. I the top right corner there is a button that groups the shapes together into one shape. Hit that button. Then go to the right even more and there should be a button that says work plane. Drag that on top of the cylinder and click it. An orange grid should appear.

Drag another cylinder onto the grid. Adjust the height to 31.00. Then group the shapes. Add another grid and put another cylinder to the middle. Adjust it to 18.00 and 16.00. Then adjust the height to 33.00. Add another grid. Add yet another cylinder. Don't worry this is the last one. Adjust the height to 35.00. Group the shapes, then get a tube. Then using the black arrow above the tube and drag it to the top and adjust it so it fits around the middle. Group it together and adjust the height of the whole thing to 308.00. Then Make another grid at the bottom and you are done!
