upload the file to cura (or your favorite slicer)

all recommended settings should work

select slice then go to preview scroll the bar on the right to find which layer you want to switch the filament color

then go to extensions in the top left. select post processing then modify G-code select add script and pause at height

select pause at layer number then type selected layer in to the column below or pause manually during print.

then slice again and print

when printing wait for printer to pause

or pause manually

and switch filament
