Another simple way to do 3D paper pumpkin that you can do with children.

You can find the 1st one here:

https://www.instructables.com/id/3D-Paper-Pumpkin/

Materials

You need:

  • paper (orange and green, or colour it)
  • scissors
  • glue (optional)
  • staple
  • pencil (optional)
  • adesive tape (optional)

Fold

Fold a strip of orange paper in 8 layers.

(Optional) Draw the shape of an half pumpkin. The centre of the pumpkin has to be on one crease. You can do the next step without drawing.

Cut

Cut the half pumpkins.

Open

Open the 4 halves: cutting a half pumpkin makes them symmetrical.

Staple

Put a staple in the middle of the pumpkin: use the crease to help.

Glue (optional)

Glue the two centre half pumpkins. This is optional, but I prefer to do it because glued halves will hide the staple.

Open Up

Open the "leaves" at 180°. Add tendrils (see https://www.instructables.com/id/3D-Paper-Pumpkin/ about how to curl them) and leaves.

Decore

You can tape them to a wall or where you want, or glue two ofthem together and do a 360° pumpkin! >^.^<

Enjoy and vote for the ible if you like it. >^.^<
