Take your 1 liter of water and add 1 cup of sugar, then let it boil. Remove from heat. To the side get half a cup of cold water and carefully shake 4 tablespoons into the cold water, and stir with a fork until the consistency is clumpy. Then add the gelation to the boiled water and sugar, and put it at medium heat and add 1 tablespoons of citric acid while it is over heat. And stir it until it dissolves. Pour into a bowl and use a lighter to get rid of the air bubbles on top. Let it rest for about an hour then set it into the fridge over night.

Add 2 cups of creamer in a pot over the stove at medium heat until it is almost boiling but not boiling quite yet then turn off heat. Then to the side have 1 cup of cold water into a cup and and add 2 tablespoon of clear gelatin, and stir. Next put it in the microwave for 30 seconds then add to the creamer mixture.

Take small glass bowl or plate and add hot water to it. Set small containers in the warm water, add a little bit of the mixture into each small container, add food coloring into the small containers. Make sure you keep the little containers on the plate with warm water on it to keep the mixture from thickening. Take a syringe and a needle and suck some of the color up. Insert it into the gelatin at different angles until you get your design. Repeat steps until you have created your design. When you are finished with your design you slowly add the rest of the white mixture on the top, make sure it isn't hot, and set it in the fridge to set (about 4 - 5 hours). To remove from the slowly pull the edges away from the bowl then flip the bowl upside down onto a plate.
