This unique wall art is so colorful and wild, it's like Andy Warhol just went on an African safari!

Materials

Here's what you will need for this wild wall art idea:

  • plastic animals (I bought a package of 4 plastic animals from the Dollar Store)
  • a small canvas (I used a 10 x 10 inch canvas)
  • E6000 glue or hot glue
  • heat gun or utility knife
  • acrylic paints and / or spray paint
  • paint brush
  • painter's tape

Paint Canvas

To start, with your painter's tape, tape off 4 squares, and fill each one with a different color.

Prep Animals

Now, take your plastic animals and use a heat knife or utility knife to cut them in half. You will only need the parts with the heads. Then, paint each one a different color and let dry. You can use regular paint or spray paint for better coverage.

Glue on Animals

Then, use E600 glue to attach each animal into a different square and let dry completely.

Hang and Enjoy!

Then, once it's dry hang it up on your walls and enjoy!

For my animals, I used a lion, an elephant, a horse, and a rhino.
