30 Minutes Shortbread With 3 Ingredients

You can make shortbread the way your grandmother did, it works fine but will take half a day.
Or you can use your food processor, and serve fresh cookies in half an hour.
It is really simple, no chilling, kneading or rolling,
the trick is not to devour them yourself.
Supplies

Ingredients:
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) brown granulated sugar
1 1/4 cup (3 dl) all purpose flour
1 stick (1 1/4 hg) of cold butter, ordinary salted real butter
Sugar

Turn on the oven and bring out the food processor.
Grind the sugar for 1 minute.
Flour and Butter

Add the flour and butter, pulse for about 10 seconds until you have an even powder.
Pour

Empty the powder into fhe form and spread to the corners.
Flatten

Use a spatula to compress the powder a little.
Not necessary, but gives a less fragile cookie.
Bake

Bake in a hot oven, 440F (225C) for 15-20 minutes until the tan you prefer.
Score

Divide with the spatula to your preferred size, and wait some minutes before picking them up.
As they are very delicate, you have to be careful transferring them to your basket.
Some will probably break, wich gives you an excuse to eat them right away.
Variation
Of course you can add some flavour like vanilla, cocoa, orange etc, but it is really not needed,
since they won't last long anyway, only for a change.
Those with a sweet tooth can add some more sugar in the recipe.
