3-Layer Lasagna Recipe
This is a great potluck lasagna recipe with Barilla® Oven Ready Lasagne! I have made it several times with different ingredients and different layers. It takes 15 minutes to prep and will be ready within 30 minutes. This recipe is for 12 servings.

1 Box Barilla® Oven-Ready Lasagne
1 Large Jar (66 oz) of Marinara Sauce (Or any red sauce of your choice)
1 lb. ground turkey browned (Use your favorite seasonings!)
1 egg
1 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

9 x 13 baking dish
Preheat the Oven and Prepare Your Skillet.
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large, non-stick skillet, brown meat until cooked through.
Get Your Mixing Bowl Ready.
Combine ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella, one egg, and Parmesan cheese to create a cheese mixture. Stir well.
Get Your 9x13 Baking Dish Ready.
Pour one cup of sauce on the bottom of the dish; spread evenly. Place four sheets of Barilla® Oven-Ready Lasagne on top of the sauce, slightly overlapping each other.
Prepare for the Layer of Ingredients.
Pour 1 cup of sauce onto the Barilla® Oven-Ready Lasagne sheets, 1/3 cup of cheese mixture, 1/3 cup of the browned turkey meat, and ¼ cup of mozzarella. Repeat for two more layers.
Prepare to Finish the Last Layer of Lasagna.
Top with the remaining Barilla® Oven-Ready Lasagne sheets and 1 cup of sauce, and top with ¼ cup mozzarella.
Time for the Oven! Be Careful! It Is Hot!
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Be careful taking it out of the oven! It is hot! Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
