3-Ingredient Mango Mousse

We're all under lock-down and pantry supplies are limited. This is where this super delicious and creamy Mango Mousse comes in! It's pretty simple to make, needs only 3 ingredients and tastes heavenly!
This recipe contains No Eggs and No Gelatin.
Supplies
This recipe makes 4 cups-
- 1 Large Mango
- 200 ml whipped cream (1 cup)
- 50 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk (4 tbsp)
Essentially, the ratio of the ingredients should be 1 part condensed milk to 4 parts of whipping cream.
The best part of this recipe is that it's highly variable. You can modify the sweetness or mango-ness according to your preference.
Puree the Mango

Peel and cut the mango into small cubes. Then puree the mango in a mixer till it becomes smooth and shiny.
Mango selection is very important here. There are some varieties of mangoes that give a dense yellow/ orange colour.
The mango I chose was very sweet and tasty, but unfortunately had a very mild yellow colour.
You can add a few drops of food colouring if you deem it necessary.
Whip the Cream + Condensed Milk

In a large bowl whip the cold cream with a hand-mixer till soft peaks form. If you like a more firm texture, whip till stiff peaks form. This should take only a few minutes.
Now add in the sweetened condensed milk and gently mix to combine.
Incorporate the Mango Puree

To this mixture of whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk, gently incorporate the mango puree with a spatula (one tablespoon at a time) till it is well mixed.
Pour Into Cups and Enjoy!

Gently pour the mango mousse into dessert cups. Top the mousse with some freshly chopped mangoes!
They taste best when they're cold, so refrigerate for 1-2 hours, and Enjoy!
