150g Nutella

1 Large Egg

4tbsp Plain Flour

Whisk the egg in a bowl until light and pale. Add the Nutella and mix to incorporate. Finally add the flour and mix again, ensuring the brownie batter is homogeneous.

Pour the brownie mixture into a large mug and microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds (give or take 10 seconds depending on the strength of your microwave).
