20 Minutes-One Pot Prawn Linguine!!
There are two things I'm obsessed with...Linguine and prawns!
After many different recipes and experiments, I have finally arrived at the peak of perfection!
Quick, easy and yummy for the tummy! AND...All this done in only one pan/pot! What more could I ask for eh?
Supplies
100g baby plum tomatoes sliced in half
- 4/5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- Large handful of spinach
- 150g large prawns
- 250g uncooked Linguine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 dried mixed herbs
- 5tbsp olive oil
- 1 stock cube dissolved in 250ml boiling water
All in One
- Get one pan/pot.
- Pour in the Olive oil.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the pan and then pour in the boiling stock water.
- Cover with the lid and let it simmer on medium heat.
Cooking
- Stir it regularly and if needs be or you require a more saucy texture, add more water.
- If you need the water to dry up then turn up the heat and stir till pasta has cooked.
- Keep an eye out so you don’t overcook the pasta.
- Should be ready to eat within 20 minutes!
Serve & Enjoy
Plate up and dont be shy to go for seconds!
P.S. Feel free to adjust the recipe to your liking.
