2 Minute French Toast

French toast is a go-to breakfast dish. But it's time consuming. Not to mention all those dishes...! This is a fast prep, one dish recipe for this delicious breakfast favorite! For those short on time, it's a Breakfast Life-Hack! Skip the dishes and surprise your valentine with breakfast in bed! It's super easy and cooks up in one little dish in only 2 minutes!
You need:
- 2 cups chopped bread (about 3 thin slices)
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbs milk
- 1 Tbs syrup (or honey)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of Salt
- Syrup or Honey (optional)
- Chopped Pralines (optional)
Chop the Bread

Cut 2-3 slices of bread into 1/2 in squares. You want about 2 cups.
Mix It Up!




In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, syrup, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Add the bread cubes and toss to coat the bread.
Cook It Up!



Pour your coated cubes into a souffle cup, or a mug. Microwave for 2 minutes. Top with a drizzle of syrup and sprinkle with chopped pralines. ENJOY!!!
