2-Ingredient Pumpkin Bread
Making pumpkin bread couldn't get any easier than with this 2-ingredient recipe.
When I first heard of ice cream bread, I thought it was brilliant! Ice cream already has eggs, milk, sugar, and flavoring. But I couldn't imagine it would taste very good. Then when I saw pumpkin ice cream at the shop, I knew it was finally time to try it out. Pumpkin ice cream is made for this recipe - sweet, spicy, and perfect for the holidays!
While I still prefer my go-to pumpkin bread recipe, this one is great when you don't have the time to hassel with a lot of ingredients, and want something quick and impressive. It tastes like ice cream! In bread form!
Hardware:
Scale
Mixing bowl
Wooden spoon or spatula
9"x5" bread pan
Software:
3 cups (710 mL) melted pumpkin ice cream
2 1/4 cups (280g) self-rising flour*
*if using all-purpose flour, add 3 teaspoons baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt
Combine ingredients and pour into greased bread pan.
Bake in a 350F (180C) oven for about 60 minutes.
That's it! Now how easy was that?
