15 Min Tortilla Pizza

Who doesn't love pizza, especially when it takes less than 15 mins to make, can be customized to each person's tastes, and is healthier than delivery pizza (not to mention cheaper). Also makes a fun project with the kids!
Ingredients:
Plain flour tortillas
Olive Oil
Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings (whatever you would like on your pizza)
Spaghetti Sauce
Basil
For the toppings, I chose pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and canned mushrooms.

Making Your Pizza Crust

Preheat the broiler on your oven to 'high' temperature setting.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
Spray or brush olive oil on one side of your tortilla(s), place the oiled side face up on the lined cookie sheet. Place in the broiler until just browned (this will be VERY quick so keep an eye out). Flip the tortilla over and repeat starting with the olive oil. Once both sides are browned, remove the tortilla(s) and turn the broiler off. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Topping Your Pizza

Next spread spaghetti sauce on tortilla, as much as you like. Then add your toppings -- I did mine turkey pepperoni, then mozzarella cheese, then veggies, and finished with the basil. Place back in the oven just until cheese melted (apx. 5 mins).
