15 Minute Caramel Apple Dessert

Who doesn't love caramel apples? Then make it warm and serve it over ice cream. Irresistible! This is a fried caramel apple dessert, served warm and gooey over ice cream that is quick and simple to make. Your friends and family will beg for more.
Ingredients

Ingredients:
-
4 apples (I used pink lady)
-
1/2c salted butter
-
1/2c brown sugar
-
1tsp cinnamon
-
1/4 cup heavy cream
Preperation

Cut up and prepare your apples and measure all your ingredients. Using an apple slicer made the job so much easier than just a knife.
Cooking

Set the temperature of your stove to medium and melt the butter.
Add the apples to the butter and cook until soft. Stir constantly.(This should only take a few minutes.)
Add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until mixed and brown sugar has melted.
Add the cream and turn the temperature to low.
Scoop and Serve

Serve this gooey creation over vanilla ice cream and savor! My family loved it and asked, "can I have more?", and "When are we having it again?".
