This is my first share in instructables, I am building a 10000mah

very easy project and can be so handy and useful in everyday life

Supplies

we need

  1. 4* 18650 batteries, you can buy or extract them from any old laptop battery ( i used a liitokala tester to test their capacity)
  2. a power bank module, you can buy them from a local supplier or Ali express ( AliExpress link )
  3. STL file of the power bank ( thingiverse link )
  4. 3d printer to print the STL files or print it in any 3d printing house
  5. Soldering iron
  6. battery spot welder (recommended)

Now you can print the STL files on a 3d printer and go to the next step

you have to

  1. solder the 4 batteries in parallel and solder a wire from their positive to the positive of the power bank module and the same for the negative
  2. insert the module in the module printed part
  3. insert the batteries in their printed part
  4. install the printed button
  5. push the printed part with power bank module in its place (you may use super glue to hold it in place)

Congrats
