1000 + Followers on #Instagram
We'll be exploring what it takes to build a good following on #instagram. I've managed over 1200 followers and a nice little engagement rate over a period of 2 weeks. : Choose Your Niche
Choosing a niche can be particularly easy.
- Look through google for top subjects that somehow relate to you. If you don't don't find something you enjoy, you'll just end up with an artificial profile.
- Research trending hashtags if your using dead hashtags your profile may look the same when your just getting started.
: Be Creative
This photo Literally took less than 5 minutes.
- Learn to utilize the tools you have. Theres dozens of apps out there made specifically for people with no editing experience along with software.
- Quality Images will make a huge difference on your account. Nobody wants to see a fuzzy picture. If you don't have a decent camera on your phone, ask to use a friends
- If you pick the right niche for you, being creative becomes a lot easier. The more you enjoy what your doing the more people will engage with you.
Interaction
The more you interact with your followers, the more they'll do the same.
- Pick a couple different people to follow closely. You'll want these profiles to be just slightly bigger than yours.
- Browsing profiles, and interacting with posts from followers and non, can significantly increase your potential growth.
- Stay niche specific as far as people your following and interacting with. Instagram has a lot of quirks with a recent change in algorithms
Stay Active
Staying active can make a huge impact on on your engagement rate. Keep updated on your profile, and know what's going on.
- Consistency is key in anything you do. Instagram is no exception.
- Stay in #instas algorithms by making changes to your profile, uploading, or replying to comments.
- Visit #instagram homepage everytime you log in. You'll find some pretty neat stuff based on how you interact on #instagram. This will also better help you find the right niche for you.
