10 Mins Egg Bread Toast

This is my lazy Sunday breakfast recepie. It is very easy to prepare and also tastes really nice. The ingredients used in this recepie are the ones easily available in every household. You can experiment the receipe by adding vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, tomato, or cheese to it. I hope you like it๐
Supplies
The supplies you require are:
6 slices of bread
3 raw eggs
1 medium sized onion
Some Coriander leaves
3 green chillies or 1 tspn pepper powder
1/2 tspn turmeric powder
Oil for greasing the pan
Salt as per taste

Gather the Ingredients

Finely chop a medium onion, Coriander, and green chillies. If you don't like green chillies you can replace it with pepper powder. Take 3 raw egg and break them into a bowl and whisk it nicely.
Prepare the Egg Mix

Add turmeric and salt to the whisked egg. After it is properly mixed add the chopped onions, Coriander leaves and green chillies. Mix them nicely.
Toast the Bread

Take a non stick pan and grease it with cooking oil. On a piece of bread carefully pour the egg mix and put that side on the pan. Similarly, pour the mix on the other side of the bread. Cook each side for 2 mins. Your yummy and healthy breakfast is ready to eat.
