1 Minute Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake

I have already posted 2 variations of chocolate mug cake recipe and those were big hit ( you can check those here and here). This mug cake is easy to make, quick and made without using eggs. The texture was soft and taste so great. I would say it's an emergency cake :). Perfect for late night sweet cravings.
The below mentioned recipe is for single serve, so please adjust the measurement according to the number of persons. Hope you will try this eggless version and pls share your feedback in comment section. Thank you :)

Preparation time : 1 minute

Cooking time : 1 minute

Ingredients

2 tbsp All purpose flour

1 tbsp Granulated sugar

2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp Baking powder1 tsp Butter, melted

2 tbsp Milk

1/8 tsp Vanilla extract

3/4 tbsp Choco chips, divided

Cooking oil spray

Method

Take a 1/2 cup capacity mug and spray it with cooking oil spray. Add all the dry ingredients and whisk until all incorporated.

Add milk, butter, essence and choco chips, mix them through. Top with the remaining choco chips Bake in microwave on "high or quick" setting for 40 seconds .

Open the door and gently touch on the middle of the cake. If its underdone , set 10 to 20 more seconds . (donot cook too long, as the cake will continue cooking in the mug once it removed)

Once it cooked, wait for few minutes to cool down. Then serve it fresh fruits or icecream or whipped cream or icing sugar. Enjoy :)
