If you would like to learn how to make the world's easiest peanut butter cookie, this is the instructable for you! You simply mix the ingredients (all three of them!) in a bowl, put them on a baking sheet, and stick 'em in the oven. This recipe makes about two dozen delicious cookies (depending on the size) and can easily be doubled!

Supplies

Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar.
1 cup of peanut butter.
1 egg.
You can also add chocolate chips, add as many as you want depending on how much of a chocoholic you are just don't add to many or your dough won't hold together (no more than a cup.)
Utensils:
Mixing bowl or electric mixer with paddle attachment.
Spoon or rubber spatula.
One or two cookie trays.
Spatula.
One cup measuring cup.

Gather Your Ingredients.

Measure your ingredients into a mixing bowl or electric mixer and mix well, dough will be thick. If you chose to add chocolate chips, you can mix them in now.

Roll.

Roll them into balls, if you want small cookies, use about a teaspoon of dough. For big cookies, use about a tablespoon. Place the balls on an ungreased cookie tray, and flatten with a fork or the bottom of a fancy glass.

Bake.

Place on the middle rack and bake at 350 degrees, for 13 minutes.

Enjoy!

Let them cool before serving, you can store leftovers (if there are any!) In an airtight container for at least a week.

Roll yourself a ball of dough and smash it into a disk with the palm of your hand, then make a notch in the top with your finger, shape up the edges and make them smooth, if you have a glass with a design on the bottom you can press it into the cookie to fancy it up a little.
